Who we are

Newcastle Tyne Valley Domiciliary Care (Suite 11, John Buddle Work Village, Buddle Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE4 8AW) is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. You can contact us about it at info@tynevalleycare.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address and postcode, who the care is for, the types of care you are interested in, your preferred start date, and anything you add under additional information. We do not ask for your phone number, date of birth or medical records through this website.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, to discuss the support you are looking for and, if you ask us to, to arrange a care assessment. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for their own use. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

How the enquiry form is processed

This website has no database and does not store your enquiry itself. When you select “Submit enquiry”, your answers are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which emails them to our inbox at info@tynevalleycare.co.uk. Formspree keeps a copy of each submission in its own system as part of providing this service, and as a company based in the United States it may process your information outside the UK. Formspree’s privacy policy, available on its website, explains how it protects your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond and to arrange any care you ask for. After that we delete it from our inbox and from Formspree.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. Nothing you type into the form is saved in your browser. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and like most web hosts GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address to keep the service secure.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@tynevalleycare.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
